Hi everybody, For my future cnc 5'x 5' I use 4 axes drives, 3 Gecko G320 and 1 G320X. The Power Supply is from Kelling 7220 this means 72V and 4x 5A. The motors are 3 Parvex RS440RG(90VDC ,7A, 3000RPM) and 1 motor from Keling KL34-180-90 (90VDC, 7.8A, 3200RPM). The Encoders are from Digi-Key(AMT102-V with 500 line).I use Mach 3. Everything is new. Now the problem is when I run just the motors without to be connected to the ballscrew, motor from Kelling stay cool, but another 3 motors(parvex) after 20-30 min are overheating. I tried to switch the motor and the problem stay the same. This is my first cnc and I don't know to much. Maybe I need to connect some resistor to the motor? If somebody can help me I will be very thankful. Help please. www.parvex.com/fichesmot/english/rs/rs440g.pdf www.kelinginc.net/KL34-180-90.pdf |

| Last Night I play with my motor the velociti and acceleration, I try to ajust the PID, Gain, Limit everything an the problem it si the same. I open one Parker motor to look inside. Inside it is one rotor and 4 magnets nothing more(the motor is with 4 brush). I don't have the osceloscop but I think will be the same. Iven whe they stay in IDL thes stil go to hot. Do you think is some way to fix this problem or I need to spend another 500$ to buy 3 motor from Keling and fix the problem. The motor from the Kelling stay cool all the time doesn't meater if hi run or stai IDL. Maybe I need to buy some inductor but I don't know what tipe. It's very confusing situation. The Brand Parvex or Parker is big brand, but they don't work for me. Thank you. |
