| hi! I have a grinding machine configured with: Mach3 G100 (3) G202 (3) 1200 oz/in steppers 2.7V 6 Amp (http://homeshopcnc.com/RHTstepperMotors2.html) 67 volts 20 amp power supply all works fine with speed after 40 in/min but if I get slower than motor stops and gets freewheel. Fault drive remains with led on 10 or 15 seconds after power is off and when gets off i can use g202 again. I have .5 uS on step settings and realize that if increase acceleration machine works well on all speeds (but machine start to cranck) so: What is the influence of acceletarion on g202 fault circuit? or can be other setting? thanks!! |
