| You should choose the motors to fit your machine, then choose the drive that fits the motors and then a power supply that will work with both. If you try to fit the motors to the drive then you will likely not get the best ones for your machine. I've seen lots of different machines driven with a G540: benchtop mills, smaller 3'x4' routers to large 4'x8' routers. The trick is always sizing the motor to the machine.

One for small size iron, for example an table of 20x40cm, and another that will be something like 20x100cm. Can use the same motors, or need to purchase diferent ones? |

| The 381s are a better match for the G540 than the 387s. This is what I recommend: $147 Three $49 KL23H2100-35-4B 381 oz motors for X, Y & Z $060 One KL-350-48 48V/7.3A power supply. $010 Estop switch $007 3 Home switches $009 Straight thru parallel computer cable. ------- $233 CR. All of this is available from Keling: http://kelinginc.net/ |

Jose, Just wanted to drop in and say the service I've received from Keling is great so it must be an email problem as I always receive return emails from them promptly. ![]() Dave
