Will it hurt the g320 to spin the servo motor manually (up to about 300 rpm) with the power to the drive off? How about in fault mode?

It won't hurt a thing either way.

Thanks for the nice words. Marcus is my son and in a year or so he will be running Geckodrive all by himself. He is like me, only 39 years younger. I am very proud of him and the young man he is. He puts his whole heart and mind into it.:-)
