I have posted some pictures of an 8 axis 48V 12 G540 system that I just built for a application engineer. It was a fun project to design and machine a case for that system. I have it running on parallel ports but will probably switch over to a SS. No sure what software he intends to use but will probably write his own. |

| Thanks for the comment. It doesn't show up on the picture but there is a slot cut under each G540 that lines up with the terminal block. The customer didn't have a need for a VFD but there is no reason why he couldn't use it. The customer is also an application engineer so he will probably write his own program to use the I/O Dan Mauch dmauch@camtronics-cnc.com low cost and custom cases using Geckdrive products. |
