| 1/4 Watt resistors are physically smaller and easily fit between the DB9 connector pins 1 and 5. 1/2W resistors are too big to easily fit and may even interfere with the supplied DB9 connector clam-shell covers. If they do, the pressure from the clam-shells may push the resistor leads into contact with the motor wire connections. Please use 1/4W or smaller resistors for setting the axis current. Mariss |
