Red face Proof reading Manuals before release?

Sorry - I know your busy but please, please, please, get someone to proof read the manuals before release. I'm just going through the G540 rev3 pdf and the E stop connections are on posn 6 in the text and posn 10 in the pinouts and drawing? I know posn 6 was right for rev 1. Also, the inputs are at posn 2,3,4,5, whilst the outputs are also on 5 & 6! Which is correct? I'm guessing the pinouts and drawing? And you've reversed the pin out sequence on the DB25 connector - correct or typo? Any update on the replacement m/boards for the early adopters - I did request one!

The manuals are proofread before release, but sometimes things slip through. We have issued a correction to this and it is on our website under both "Application Notes" and on the G540 product page. What do you mean we have reversed the pin out sequence on the DB25 connector? The pins on the connector are numbered near the appropriate hole.

The manual on the website is the most up to date, and was last revised this morning to include some of the corrections you mentioned.

The motherboards are being shipped out in the order they were requested. Where did you send the email to request a new one?

The reversed pin outs referred to the axis routes - originally was A, Z, Y & X - its now X, Y, Z, A. Its not a major prob just a few minutes to change them in Mach3 set-up! just wondered why?

The email was - geckomarcus@geckodrive.com and sent august 11/12. I'm sort of waiting for it so I can complete the limit switches etc. Is it just a flat blade screwdriver to prise off the G540 cover to replace?
