Hi, I recently had the same issue with the Y axis. Replaced everything you mention, wiring, drives, encoder etc etc. After much trial and testing the fault turned out to be an very weak / open circuit inside the blue plugs on the 5v feed into the Gecko 320. I think these plugs are now black. There is a fold of mental inside the terminal. Your wire must be in good contact with this and it must be in good shape. (just my observation) Replaced the plug onto the gecko with a spare one I had from another gecko and problem solved. Its always the most basic probs that take so long to diagnose. |
