| I'll second the Keling recommendation. They are an excellent company, they sell good products and their reputation for customer service is incomparable. The same applies to Xylotex as well. All you need with the G540 is a power supply, a parallel port cable, 4 resistors to program the current on each axis and hook-up wire for the power supply and any e-stop, home and limit switches you may chose to use. | I had some motor couplings made by a friend who has a metal lathe. Finally got them put on yesterday. I plan to sacrifice a board this week some time (a 3D sign of a church logo for a clock) if there is any missing steps or slop in the new connectors it should show up there. I was using the "oldham" style connectors from McMaster and think that that could be the whole problem. Thanks for all of you help in this issue. I'll post the results when I get them
