I just purchased a gecko 203v. It locks up, so the driver is doing part of it's job. However, I am unable to get it to actually turn the motor. I have the DIR connected to pin#14 and the STEP to pin#16. Before attaching the driver to the pins, the pins are at 4.7V. After connecting the driver, the one pin is 12mV and the other is 1.3V. Gecko says that i need the 1.3V to be 3+V. Why does the voltage drop from 4.7 to 1.3V in the first place? And what is my solution? |
