Hi Group I`m not clear on a few points when integrating the hardware and software. I will be using Gecko drives for steppers. Does the gecko drive come with configuration software to set the step and direction. Or do I need some third party software to setup the machine. |

| need Mach1 or Mach2 OR TurboCNC Or some other software like KCam etc. This will send step/dir signals to the Geckos via parallel port. Think of your drives (Geckos) as amplifiers. They see small voltage signals from Computer and send high voltage signals to motors. |
