    Question G340 step pulse multiplier

    This is my first servo motor project & I have no clue where to set the step pulse multiplier on the G340. I'm running 850 oz/in servo motors with HEDS 500 line encoders. What are the pros & cons of setting the multiplier low (1) or high (10).

    All help will be appreciated.
