    Gecko motherboard

    Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a product out that will integrate up to four Gecko 203V's on a single board so you don't have to manually wire the terminals? It seems like a breakout board could be integrated into this as well as a power supply. I thought I saw a picture like this on the ZONE, but I might be dreaming. ...i'm not being lazy, just trying to eliminate wiring errors.

I think that must be where I saw it...but it doesn't look like it works with the 203V's (yet). Do you know any pros/cons to this? I don't seem many folks using this combo.

    I appreciate this. Thanks.

CandCnc has them. www.CandCnc.com He has models for the servo and stepper geckos. I have bought the stepper module. Works for 201 or the 203v geckos. Here is a picture of my setup using them. One board handles 2 geckos.
So you buy 2 boards and the mounting plate and one board goes on top and one on bottom. Mounting plate is also the heatsink.

You would need the MTA100 card and mini-io card to go with them at the least.

He has a combo here and all of his manuals are downloadable. http://www.candcnc.com/PopularCombos.htm check out the modular quickstepper build. He also gives out the dxf of the mounting plates if you had rather build your own instead of buying.

    Just a satisfied customer.

I use a campbell breakout board, though this board is referenced +5V there is a test terminal pc ground which is what I wired my 203V to. It works fine, maybe bob has updated the board now.
