pac-sci and gecko 203v

Hello,
I am looking at replacing a junk driver that is creating a lot of
mid range resonance with the gecko 203v. I also feel I should replace the older 6 wire 150 ounce/inch nema 34 frame slosyn. I am looking at maybe buying pac-sci nema 34 with 316 ounce/inch, rated amps=1.48
Phase resistance= 3.7 ohms and phase inductance= 27.6 mH. Any advice will be appreciated.
