    My first Gecko drives rock

Two step process. I bought a DIY controller/stepper package to save (ROFL) some money. The only support I got from them was "you burned out the drivers", some users tried to help with debug yielding no results. I didnt' want to buy new driver chips without knowing what had somehow caused all three to burn out (they never locked the steppers and I had never found an error is assembly or setup).

The sale (and this forum) triggered a first time buy of Gecko 201's. Arrived yesterday, installed last night, turned on today. A couple adjustments to Mach 3 and BINGO they work, first time, zero issues!

This project has turned fun again!

    New Geckos

    Congrats on your purchase.

I bought four Vampires from them during the sale as well.
I'm several months away from putting them to use, but the sale was too good to not take advantage of it.
I'm planning on buying the G-Rex G100 also for my rig. If it had been on sale too, I would have already bought it.
