Retrofit Matsuura With G-rex And G320

I made a Matsuura 500 retrofit with G-100 and G 320. Finally it works good, fast and powerfull, but when had been passed some time the machine lose the cero piece on Z.
I tried change the speed in the motor configuration, but it still the same.
Can somebody know what is happening and how can help me with some tips to try for fix it?
