I am trying to bench test my servo motors I bought from homeshopcnc with a 70v power supply, bidirectional breakout board from cnc4pc and gecko 320s using mach3 I can't seem to get the servos to jog nicely, they will move jerkly around and sometimes fault the gecko, but when I try MDI or program run, the servos run silky smooth at any feed rate any ideas to whats wrong?  |
