Just wanted to post this so that all know.
I totally burned up a Gecko 201 and talked to Mariss about it. He explained the One time stuff happens policy. I sent the drive and a confession to him and received a new replacement drive. Free of charge including delivery. I can't say enough about the Gecko products, knowledge of the staff and their company character. No way did they need to replace the drive that I destroyed.
They have won my loyalty at the very least. Hopefully, this message gets out to more people.
