I just wanted to thank Mariss on this forum for the effort and service that he supplied to me.
I had managed to blow all three of my Gecko G201 drives. Don't ask please.
I rang up Mariss and we chatted about what state they could be in. We concluded that they were worth shipping back for repair, which i did. After taking 3.5 weeks to get from Australia to the USA, a few phone calls to the nice Jan, it seems they arrived.
Over the Christmas period he must have looked at my units, repaired 2 and replaced 1 unit with a new one. All of this was done for free and shipped back, where i tripped over them when i came back from holidays.
I can't express the my gratitude to Mariss for what he has done. The service that I have received from gecko is second to none and i can't say I have ever been treated as well as I have in this instance from a supplier.
