    Gecko 203V Drive Fault

I have a machine that runs 3 203V's with a PMDX132 BOB. The problem is that the Y axis occasionally faults(red led's come on) in the middle of a run. Ruined parts because the machine keeps going and the y axis doesn't. I replaced the motor with one off a machine with no problem. I switched the drives around and the problem remains with the Y axis. The wires to the motors are shielded. The setup is mounted on a large heatsink and the drive never gets over 105 degrees F. Anyone have any suggestions?

Be sure your resister is the correct size for the amp draw. If not, it will go red.

check to see if the resister on the 203V is the correct size for the amp draw of the motor. If not, it will go red.
