Unhappy VDF on Gecko G540 - no voltage?

I'm having some trouble getting a voltage reading on my Gecko G540 VDF pins.

I am using the driver with Mach3 which has been configured as follows:

Pin and Ports > Motor Outputs > Spindle is as follows:

Step pin 14, Dir pin 0, Step and Dir port 1, Step and Dir ActiveLow X (have tried opposite)

    Pin and Ports > Spindle

PWM and Use Spindle Motor Output are checked
Freq. 50hz and Min. PWM 0%
    M3 - Output 1

Spindle Pulley: 1 pulley, 24000 rpm, 1 ratio

    After enter INPUT: M3S10000
relay is thrown (M3) connecting FOR and DCM and reads as such

my problem is that I have no voltage reading of the VDF and should have something like 4-5V I'd think (with the speed being about half max)?

I've tried with various speeds. No difference.

Any suggestions on why I'm not getting any current from the Gecko VDF

Sorry i can't offer any help

but have a similar problem where I don't get any speed control through mach3 with my VFD which is setup the same a you have it,
I will have to test the voltage & report back when I get five mins,

hope you get an answer soon for both of us.

VFD working - Inverter not reading

I've gone back over things. The voltage (+10V and GND) is supplied by the inverter itself. Once powered I do get a reading on the Vout of the VFD that makes sense. As the speed is adjusted so does the voltage. All good there.

    Yet still nothing.

Must be with the inverter programming itself. It is a Haunyang 1.5k spindle/inverter combo. I've program PD001, PD002 to accept external terminals. I'll have to look through more closely.

    I have it working.

A loose connection on the FOR terminal.
    go figure.

Let me know if you have trouble with your own. I may for once be able to assist someone else.

    Hi Lubby

Checked the voltage on The VFD (+10V and GND) got no more than +10 & no less than +9 when switch on so should be ok
where was the loose connection on the FOR terminal on your setup,
was it a loose wire that you put in or actually in the VFD itself.
