Geoff,
Looks like something for Steve Stalling to design... Just checked his web site and there is no MB for the g250.
Send him an email to get the design started...

I have a number of Gecko 250's going unused mainly because of the hassle with connecting them up - getting a suitable connector etc.
Does anyone make a motherboard for mounting 3 (or more) G250's? Nothing as advanced as the G540, just a simpler way to connect the G250s
Regards
Geoff

Sorry guys, while I appreciate the thought and faith in PMDX, it is not going to happen.
The G540 does a great job and fills that space in the marketplace quite effectively.

I got the G250's when they were first released - at a never to be repeated price!
I've since used the G540 because, as Steve says, it does a great job.
I have used a couple of the G250s with a hard wired connector but it's untidy to say the least.
Although I haven't designed a PC board for a while, it shouldn't be a big job if I keep the extra circuitry to a minimum.

Geoff
C and CNC.com sells a mother board which will nest 4 G251"s
It's a product called "Blade Runner A10" and provides all the interface Connectors.
There is a full description on their web site.

I posted this time ago as I also have many spare 250's:

I need to find a cheap source for the green connector, I designed it for 11 with 3.5mm separation, but maybe 12 and 5mm is easier and cheaper to find.

Also look at the winford Engineering website. They sell all kinds of general purpose breakout boards and one might be what you need.
