Problem solved!!!
Turned out that the ground between supply voltage for sensor and gecko ground are not connected. Once connected, all works perfect.

Gecko G540 not detecting limits Okay, I can move all motors, charge pump works fine, estop works correctly, etc. Now I am trying to setup physical limit switches and the problem is that limits are not detected. when my (hall sensor + magnet) limit switch is tripped, the input gets grounded, however nothing is displayed within the MACH screen. Any suggestions?
