If you need 0-5V just use a resistor divider, two 1K resistors

Anyways, my question is..
I have from a dental system recovered a very nice Maxon motor driver and matched servo motor that drives a very nice precision spindle.
This is the drive I have..

I am curious if I can make use of this drive through my g540, allowing mach3 to control my spindle and it's speed in an ideal world. The 1-q-ec has disable, direction and brake functions as well as a speed input which uses a 0-5v range for determining the desired speed in an analog form. Or a Aux input/output which can control the speed through again a 5v input.
My concern is that the g540 is a 10v output.
Or am I completely misunderstanding my ability to potentially use this as a spindle and control it from my g540?
Thanks very much for your time and input. I very much appreciate it!

You sir are the best!
Thanks for taking the time to consider and answer my question.
I really do appreciate it very much. I think I'll do a little more research and give your idea a try!
