Hi guys, I am getting the green led until I plug the 3rd motor in. It doesn't matter which order or motor I start or finish with, when the 3rd goes in the red led comes on. I have tried 2k2 and 3k resistors for Nema 23 motors but the same thing happens. Can anyone offer some help or guidance. Thanks. |

Thanks for the reply, but there is no excessive wire or poor soldering. There is no wire exposed past the solder tabs. It doesn't matter which motor or connection goes on first, so it is not a specific motor but when the third one goes on and it doesn't matter which one; that's when the fault led comes on. |

| Oh, now I understand. I thought it was always the same motor no matter if you plugged it in first or third. In that case, I would put my money on it being the power supply. It is not putting out enough current so it either resets or the voltage sags below what the G540 needs (18V ??). What type, brand and voltage/current power supply are you running? Matt |

| Are you plugging the motor cables in while the g540 is on? Or are you plugging in the cables and then turning on the g540? I think you might get issues if you try to plug in the cables while the g540 is on. |
