x2, G540 and Mach3 missing steps on my Y axis, swapped cables with the X and the miss followed, the DRO in Mach will count up/down but the stepper wil not move, it seems to run fine until I power up the spindle. I have it wired up so Mach can control the spindle but am only using the manual switch for now, the problem didn't show up until I tried to set up a 4th axis, when I switched everything back it started missing. Hood looked at my XML and said it looked ok, I wonder if I might have ground problem, any ideas??? |
