I disconnected my g540 to take the computer cabinet in my house last year. The powersupply was in the cabinet as well. Simple 2 wire disconnection. I decided to go out and play around with my plasma table. Hooked everything back up, and now there are no "power" or other lights on my gecko. I have confirmed 24v are present at the terminal. Since I haven't used this setup for quite awhile, my memory on what it takes to make it all work is a bit fuzzy. But it should at least indicate "power" with no other inputs, right? Edit: After some research, I must have reversed the polarity. There is a resistor inside that from what I found, is the "polarity" police. It is a 2W, .04 ohm resistor. Where can I find one? | The G540 are very robust. They will take all kind of abuse including short circuits. First thing to check since you moved the G540 are you sure you have connected the correct power supply V - to terminal 12 of the G540 and V+ from the power supply to terminal 11. See the G540 data sheet to be sure. You also mentioned two wires. You will also need to wire the disable terminal 10 to a switch with the other end of the switch connected to power supply ground.
