Has any one had a problem like this before Last night I started putting some T track on my bed, booted my baby up and tested my switches as I always do as a startup check, found my limit switches were not working.! using a Gecko G540 & limits in series all worked before never a problem. my home switches still work & these are the same just wired the other way. after testing bits n bobs I tried moving the input wire from pin 1 to pin 4 on my G540 & found the switches worked fine ! hope nothings blown haven't even finished building yet only run a couple of tests. Anyone have any ideas what's up, I will check what settings etc on my setup later KAT |

| Even more confused now, came home tonight to finish setting in my t track & now the limits have stop working again in the different G540 pin. carried on cutting the bed & had to turn the controller off a couple of times. Turn it on again & now the work again ! at a loss what I should be looking for, I don't get any false tripping & not triggered on startup so this should mean no break in the cabling. any ideas where to start looking.? I'll finish the T track & then earth all the connections etc. & see if that helps cheers KAT |

| What kind of switches are they? Are these 2-wire mechanical switches or a prox switch of some sort? Once you cycle power a few times and they start working, do they stay working? i.e. is it the power cycle that is breaking / fixing them? I certainly don't have the answer. I'm just throwing out fodder for the debug effort. |
