G540 build or buy?

Gentlemen,

I just ordered a Taig mill and now I need the drive and steppers. My vendor recommended the G540 and from my research, this seems like the way to go.

Are there any vendors out there that sell complete systems? I saw deepgroove's stuff. His reputation on here seems to be hit and miss, and his site and auctions are pretty unprofessional looking.

What about pre-cut enclosures? Soldering up the cables and installing them isn't a huge deal for me, but I don't have a non-time consuming way of creating the front and rear panels. Just need a power switch and e-stop, that's it and thats all mang. If it comes down to it, I could just put the stuff in the case and then use my new mill to create the panels :-D

Never used them, but happened to be looking at their stuff yesterday, and Jeff is often on here.

Thanks m_c, it looks ilke Soigeneris has a quality product. Nice that it's got the USB control board integrated too.

Anyone have experience with these SmoothStepper boards?
