The purpose of the relays is to control the two AC receptacles outlets using M codes in your tool path file for ssories such as coolant pumps, mist coolant and other devices.
Mach3 allows ou to use the same pin number for the same home /limit switch. Simply configured all the same axis switches for the same pin. Connect the switches in series with one wire going to terminal 1 on the G540 and the other switch lead to power supply-. Config mach3 so that the X axis home + and - are all pin 10, Use 11 for the Y axis and 12 for the Z axis.
See the gecko data sheet for the G540 for a simplified drawing of the wiring.

Also there is talk on limit switches and home switches . I would like to use the same switches for both . Can I do this with the G540 ? Anybody have some good drawings on wiring these up . If I have to have separate switches for limit and home a good drawing of that or a link to a good thread would be great .
