I filled out a contact form to Gecko Drive also. If I get anything back I'll let you know what they say.
Yesterday I noticed that the fault light was on... while I was cutting.
Everything seems to still work properly, but the fault light stays on.
Disconnecting the e-stop jumper and it shuts down. Drop the charge pump signal and it shuts down. Jumper the e-stop and fire up Mach to provide charge pump signal and it powers up the motors and runs properly. The fault light stays on the whole time.
All I can think is somehow the relay that turns the fault LED on and off has stuck.
Any other ideas?

I guess if I do not hear back I'll give them a direct call this afternoon.

Well, they never heard of that happening before. The G540 is in the mail.
