| Hey all, I just wanted to publicly thank Geckodrive for their excellent service on their products. I bought a G540 back in July and through not carefully reading the FAQs damage my X-axis driver. It was suggested I send it in for repair by Mariss. I sent it in and no less then a week and a half later I had a fed-ex at my door with the connector fixed. No charge for the repair, much thanks I had been fretting that you hadn't got the package yet because Canada post tracking said it had just got into the States and not actually received. So I guess my only comment would be an email just saying you received the package. Then again it was gone and back again much faster then I would of believed. So again to those of you on the fence as to if you should buy a Gecko or another brand. Know that you get proper service here. Cheers, Jordan |

| I just bought a G540 and have had a few basic noob to gecko type questions and they have been more than happy to answer my questions and get me going. The tech support via phone has been AWESOME! Very happy with gecko as well ![]() ![]() Eric |

| Piece of advice from someone not to much farther along then you: Don't unplug anything while the drive is powered, ever. Just trust me. Also that fear of sparks, smoke, or general all around 'screwing up the unit and it needing repair' doesn't go away for awhile. :P Jordan |
