Hi all , I've been using a G320 driver with a HDES 5500 encoder successfully for the past three years. Yesterday I decided to replace it with G340 drive to use the step multiplier , Here the problem appeared : on one direction (X+) movement is so smooth like always , but at the other direction (X-) motor so oscillating in a very bad way and the driver err. lights !!! Mariss recommends a 1uF capacitor at the encoder's power source or 1k ohm pullup resistors at the A/B signals , I Tried both but no result !!! Any advise ? |
