Need Help!- 203v and the Yellow LED (No Stepper Connected)

Ok I have 4 of the 203v running off a 50v 1000w 20amp power supply.

I have no motors hooked up to the geckos.

When I power up the control box 2 of the geckos have just the green leds light up and the other 2 have yellow and green light up. No motors are connected.

I do have the step, dir, and common connected to the 203v and PMDX BOB and when I remove these wires I have green leds on all 4. I have switched out the drives back and forth with each other and it seems like the 2 yellow and green geckos appear no matter what position they are in.

On these 2 drives as soon as I remove the common wire and power down and up the yellow light disappears.

Is this a big deal, Do I have something set up wrong. Should I not worry until I actually have steppers installed.

I have read about 1 fellow that had chips from drilling. I removed the 2 effected ones and opened them up to search for wire clipping and foreign object and debris but found nothing out of sorts.

Any insight or something to check would be great thanks.
