Hi, can anyone tell me how to hook up a Sanyo Super-U servo motor to Gecko 320? Super-U spec: 75V, 1.7A red = +5 Black = -ve Blue = phase A Green = Phase B yellow = phase c White = ground thanks cs chang |

| Hi today I just worked on such a servo. It should be OK but you will have to us a separate 5V power supply to feed the encoder because they need more than 100 mA. Further, you will only need output A and B. However as they come out of the encoder, they are open collector. Therefore you need to connect them to the 5V supply through a resistor and eventually even add a TTL driver to them to make them work with the Gecko drives. |
