    Default Gecko G540 Mach3 - Random Faults

Hey guys, I got my system up and running on the bench and I finally got my mill parts finished and put everything together today. I wired up the e-stop to a jumper instead of the e-stop button. Mach 3 powers up and activates the Gecko and gives me a green go light, I can then move the axis' fine until it randomly e-stops. Sometimes when it random e-stops it acts as if someone hit the e-stop button very rapidly. the wire is secured in the 10 and 12 pins and there is good continuity all the way through on both ends. My question is where do I go from here?

    Just some facts :

Running the xml for mach 3 that gecko recommends for the g540
Running windows xp vm with mach 3
All of this worked fine on the bench before being put on the mill.
It seems also that it e-stops when there is high torque needed.

See attached videos for the problem.

    EDIT

This issue seems to be related to the VM running inside of 7, retying to install xp only on the system by itself
