I am running a Methods Slant bed 1 and machining a 3.0 X12TPI external. The G76 code came out with the following :G76x-2.86 Z-.650 K0.07 D00107 E12. A60. My threads came out .034 under size on the pitch diameter. I am thinking the X number is wrong but not sure. Can any one give me some help on this? Dave. |
