Is it possible for you to post your program here so we might possibly help you?

Have you used the G12.1 function on this machine before?

The 145 alarm says that either:

1. G40 is not active when G12.1 is started or cancelled... this doesn't appear to be the problem with the code you posted.

2. The values of parameter 5460 and 5461 are incorrect. I would check these parameters just to be sure. 5460 should be 1 (for axis 1, which is X), and 5461 should probably be 3 (for axis 3, which should be C).

Other than that, I see a couple of G0/G00 moves between G12.1 and G13.1. AFAIK, G0/G00 is not allowed when G12.1 is active. I would take these out or replace them with G1/G01 moves.

Let us know.

Yes, it is a Fanuc option. I would have thought that you'd get an invalid G-code alarm or something to that effect if it wasn't turned on. Did you try changing the G0/G00's to G1/G01's?

As far as program, I don't see anything wrong, run the program without G12.1 but try to change your C.468 to C30. or bigger number and look at your location position and see what happen if it does move without alarm then your polar convertion parameter is still off.
