Start and End Radius differ

Hi

few questions about g code and sprut cam

-i am getting this warning inconsistanly , that the start and the end of my ark differ by more than .001 , is this something i am doing or sprutcams post processor is doing?

-is ther a way to generate code to the 4th decimal place , i wonder if this would help my radius problem

-is there a newer sprutcam 5.58/postprocesser than Jan 16/08 .

thanks

What control are you using? If your arcs have I and J in them, there are two ways to configure the IJ mode. Absolute and Incremental,

What kind of machine controller are you using. If you are using Mach:

http://www.machsupport.com/docs/Mach...all_Config.pdf go to section 5.6.6 General Configuration (page 93). In the second column there is a group called IJ Mode with a pair of radio buttons. This value must match the value your post processor uses.

If you don't know what mode the post is using and it is failing, choose the other value and reload the g-code and see what it tells you.
