I have a Daewoo Puma 200SY with Fanuc 18i-TB control and am trying to utilise the torque control on the B-axis for turning long parts.I have posted a question about this on the Daewoo/Doosan Forum but as yet have had no replies (lots of views though). I have tried programming a "G300 B-200" as stated in the programming manual available on this site but the m/c bombed out and I got an error message...."Part off failed". after a bit more digging I tried the program below but had to reposition the centre again before the finish pass due to vibration Tool Call G54 etc. G98 G00 B-257 M86 G31 P99 B-280 F100 M87 G99 G96 S200 M203 "Rough" "Finish" ended up as : Tool Call G54 etc. G98 G00 B-257 M86 G31 P99 B-280 F100 M87 G99 G96 S200 M203 "Rough (G71)" "End tool" "Call up finish tool" Tool Call G54 etc. G98 G00 B-257 M86 G31 P99 B-280 F100 M87 G99 G96 S200 M203 "Finish pass (G70)" End Program Can any one help with the correct format of G-Code for this op ? Thanks Martin |
