Need Help!- Spindle Synchronization M480???

We are running this on a Mori NL-2000 with twin spindles and live tooling. We are trying to mill a flat on 2 sides across a 19" piece of material when it's supported in both spindles. We want the spindle to index 180 degrees without having to do our current method. Right now we just use a M211 to unclamp spindle 2,rotate spindle 1, and then M210 to clamp spindle 2. The Mori book talks about a M480 which will make spindle 2 follow spindle 1 so we don't have to unclamp spindle 2 but it gives us an error. It says (no O program number o o ). That doesn't make any sense to me. If anyone has any ideas please share.

I don’t know much about the Mori’s and the twin spindles but I will give it a guess.

By the looks of the error it is trying to search for a program and cannot find it. Maybe this M480 is designed to call a subprogram to sync the 2 spindles but the program is not in memory and it cannot find it. I could be way off base as it does not make much sense to me either. I would think that if Mori designed a specific M-code to sync the spindles that they would use the ladder to do so and not a program.
