I use a program called cutviewer mill, I have been using the 30 day trial, it will actually simulate the code and cut out a part. It takes some getting use to, but you can figure it out.

Is there a stand alone program that can display a toolpath similar to the way Mach2/3 displays it. I want a viewer that you can rotate the image, and zoom the image in real time. Is there such a progam, and even better is it a freebie?

Metacut? http://www.metacut.com/Products/MCUNutshell.htm
They seem to have two versions, one regular, another "Lite". The lite I think goes for $99. They have a 30-day trial. It seems VERY capable.
Benny, The MicroTech CNC simulator didn't cut it for you?

Thanks guys, I am currently downloading the links you posted. I will let you know my vote.
Al, I know I have posted this question b4, and I did download the Microtech simulator. It is very crashy on my computer and I must admit after a few crashes I gave it the flick.
