    Cool G61 problem?

Hey, I'm new to these forums, and hope someone can help me out! I have an older machine, and it is a W.A. Whitney 647d panelmaster, with a westinghouse producer control. It was running fine for the longest time, then I started having a problem with the G61 exact stop code. If I put single x co-ordinates in, the machine will run at 100% feedrate, as soon as it goes into my G61 line the machine runs really slow even though the machine feedrate is set at 100%. When it started doing that I tried everything to fix it but nothing worked, so I cleared the control and re-loaded the executible files. Same thing is happening, could one of the boards be going bad, or the I/o board?

Check-out the parameters that control your positioning
quite often there is a slow-down distance and rate

Could someone have played with it ?

    Thanks

Thanks, I'll check it out on Monday and let you know! I was looking at my manual today and saw that there is a g70 and g71 code which is millimeters per minute, and inches per minute, I have to find out which one is set! Would that be in my parameters? Thanks again! have a great weekend!
