Can't use Ctabdef or POLY commands, unreleased option used error

Hello,
We want to use:
ctabdef(V,C,1,1)
or
N004 POLY PO[C]=(20.000) PO[V]=(0.40679,0.00379,-0.00004)

syntaxes but we can't, both of the syntaxes we get this error
14780 Channel %1 block %2 unreleased option used

How can we release this option?
