Need Help!- mastercam

Hello Iam new to the forum I live in Sacramento area and need help I need to learn mastercam. I cannot find any school's around here to teach or any trade school's does anyone know where i can learn it from.. thank you all

Sierra CADCAM is the Northern California dealer for MasterCam and they are located in Browns Valley just north of you. They have classes all time and they even have an Online class you can do.

If you give them a call, you can probably ask them some questions about JC classes or vocational in the Sac area.

Hello, I would first look for as many online Video Tutorials that you can. I have been using MasterCam for 6 years now and really I have just learned the software from on the job use.

Once you figure out the layout and the functions of Mastercam you should just be able to figure alot out, but I watch many tutorials and actually MasterCam has it's own forum with tons of people that contribute.

For future reference, I am working on an online Video Tutorial site for MasterCam and an introduction to Solidworks.

I personally would say that if you are not getting into 4 & 5-axis work I would just start learning everything you can without paying for the schooling of it.
