Hi, Can anyone help me with methods to find out near exact time estimate for a generated program which will also take into picture machine acceleration and deceleration. the usual method is to divide the cut length by cutting feed rate but this only gives the time at full feed rate where as on the CNC machine this always varies by varying degrees depending on the profile and also the feed rates. thanks |
