| Hmmm, My Hitachi Seiki VK45 with the spiffy Seicos II controller manual lists 20 codes not listed by EIA-274D G-code. G302-305 G322-333 G130, G131 G501, G511 Lables them like GG326 = Square plane, 2-directional (what ever that is) I am guessing software like Turbo CNC, Master Cam or what ever I choose will not generate those codes. "What dey fo, an do ah need em?" and "how is ah posed to git dem dar CAM to make dat dar code?" (grin) ![]() Dan |

| I am guessing that they are Seicos routines that could be duplicated in the standard G-code set but would perhaps perform various tasks with greater efficiency or reduce the number of blocks needed for a given task. If a post processor is a procedural program (computer code) then there would have to be a logical relationship between pre and post G-code. In other words, N0001 G0 X0.4541 Y0.000 F20.0 N0002 G WHAT EVER N0003 MORE G N0004 MORE G N0005 AND MORE G EQUALS N0001 Gxxx FANCY |
