What are your favorite links to send beginners too?

First off - Beginner here.

I came across this site just a few minutes ago in my search for tutorials about G-Code.

Anyone else have links to good resources for beginner (and perhaps advanced) G-Code topics?

I am searching and reading my may to some basic literacy at the moment and appreciate any good links. I had hoped there would be a sticky in this forum for such resources.

All are great links. Looks like I will be doing some online studying in the coming days.

I happened to be at a presentation last eve by a local building stone supplier. Blew my mind when he put up a picture of a gantry mounted CNC Stone router. Side rails were 7 feet high and the router had several feet of Z. The X was at least 12 feet and the Y looked all of 10. Amazing the range of places these machines show up.

Switcher - Good tip on the Google Books search in your blog - I ran into that feature several months back but could not recall how to do it again.

All of your links have been a real help. I have already used the CNCezpro site several times for reference and the Mill handbook by Haas I downloaded and need to print it out so I can read it at lunch or while the kids play. That handbook is very well done.

I haven't had enough surf time yet to go through purdue's course material yet but will be doing so over a long holiday next week.
