Please help connvert dxf to G code

Hi,

CAn someone please help me convert this dxf file to a Gcode. I am trying to do it withthe ACE converter that came with my quickstep and not having much luck. The simulation seems to work but the holes in the seat drawing do not get cut out the cutter just pauses over them a split second and then goes to the next one to do the same thing. I would like to comapare the Gcode from another program so I can compare and try to figure out what's going wrong! i have included the DXF file and the Gcode text that I came up with. Any and all help will be VERY much appreciated.
Thanks for the help!
Eddie

Thanks Gerry. It did the same thing that mine was doing. Seems to show the fast moves but not cut the holes. I must be doing something wrong. I'll keep trying. Thanks, for the help though!

What are you simulating with. It cuts the holes fine in Mach3. I ran it through before I posted it.
