Need help with G codes

Hey
I am milling a small sample using the EMCO F1 milling machines. I have never used CNC before so i dont know how to program CNC machines. I have all the list of G and M codes but i dont know how to use them. I already made the design, and i was told that i should find all the x and y values of each point on the design, so i did...but i dont know where to go from there
I need some help...i can either scan the design and post it here and you can give me a couple of lines of code so i know how to do it..or show me an example code [with the design shown so i know whats going on]
Its a really simple design..probably 20 lines or code or so...nothing 2 complicated [just an arrow] so please let me know
if possible, it will be great if i could even talk to someone [who knows how to do G codes] over MSN
